How can I lose weight fast by paying attention to my meals is a question I was wondering about after my doctor told me to do so. Sometimes people eat when they are bored. This is a bad thing. Obviously because of the unintentional overeating. 

Instead of sitting in front of the tv eating until the Drop Dead Diva marathon is over, you should watch what you eat. It is okay to eat in front of the tv, but be reasonable. Look at the amount of food you prepare for your tv watching. 

Do not continue eating throughout the whole thing. If you go to a restaurant and eat you have one meal over about at most a 2 hour period. If you are watching a tv marathon for 4 hours and eat the entire time you may go through 5 full meals without even realizing! What the world needs now is a healthy diet plan. The world that we live in is filled with people living with bad eating habits, health issues, eating disorders even. Our whole world motivates us to eat negatively. Everybody wants a sexy body. There's no denying the fact that when you see a picture of somebody that is really in shape with a "to die for" body certain automatic reactions occur. These can include being jealous of the person, feeling bad about your self image, or thinking that you are better in shape than them!

The reason is simple, having a fit body is an evolutionary advantage over other people. It makes you more worthy to mate with. As a result, it is one of those things like having wealth. Of course, in modern times this isn't really as important but still...it is hardwired into our brains!

So, how do people go about getting these fit bodies? Is it all genetic?

You see, anybody can get low body fat percentages. The key is all in how you exercise and diet. Both of these are you tools to getting in shape. But anyways, the key is exercise and diet combined!

It's extremely easy actually. If you want to get in shape then you should try changing your diet first. Eat only natural foods instead of other types of foods that are really bad for your physique.

This is how I started when trying to get in shape. Rather than working on trying to get in shape and failing miserably, I decided I was going to simply change the way I eat.

What happened was that within a few months I was having higher energy levels than before .I stopped drinking, smoking, etc because I had no need for it. I was feeling just too darn good!
