Exercise. A lot of people do it. A lot of fit and skinny people. Some overweight people, but not enough. If everyone exercised not any person would have belly fat. The best way to lose belly fat is to do a lot and even more than a lot of exercises. 

If you do interval training it is really just the best way to lose belly fat because of the calories you burn. It is better than doing crunches or sit-ups. This is because those do not burn that many calories. If you do not burn that many calories you do not burn fat so it is not the best way to lose belly fat. Also if you focus on only exercising that one area you are not necessarily going to lose weight in only that one area. It is not possible to spot reduce. It is not how your body does work.

You should be filling yourself with whole grains, natural sugars from fruits, water, leafy greens and organic foods. These are all the things that help you lose weight so you can know how can I lose weight fast!

The goal is to be on a diet that will be healthy for you, help you stay fit constantly and avoid the pains of dieting. The pains of dieting are how you always feel drained, tired, or sick all the time. This is because your body needs the carbohydrates that unhealthy diets deprive you of. 

There is a difference between good carbs and bad carbs. In a healthy diet plan you will have good carbs. Yes, the good ones. It is important to not eliminate any food group when doing a healthy diet plan!
